I’ve been to The Alchemist almost everyday they’ve been open. This is the best restaurant in Peachtree City. If you’re looking for perfect classic cocktails and amazing food this is the spot. The tuna steak is the best I’ve ever had, the salmon is the best I’ve had in the state, and the steak medallions are so tender and tasty. Don’t even get me started on the burger, it’s so delicious it has to be criminal - seriously this is probably the best burger I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is wonderful, the staff is warm and inviting. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and all over the US and have done some good eating, but The Alchemist is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. This will be a staple in Peachtree City for decades to come.

This is such a beautiful place! The drink menu was impressive with many different options for your liking! The food was delicious, cooked extremely well with a lot of flavor! The starter, the mushrooms were great! Our entrees came out quick and the staff and service were top notch! I highly recommend and will be coming back!

I've been to this new restaurant 3 times now and it is quickly becoming my favorite. The ambiance is very comfortable and the food and service are excellent. The Sautéed chicken livers are a must, and I also loved the Seared Ahi Tuna Feature. The cocktails are perfectly made (I had an Aviation among others), and the wine list has something for everyone. I look forward to seeing how this gem of a restaurant in PTC flourishes, and to try out more of the menu!

Wonderful experience at their soft opening. Highly recommend. The cocktails, wine, and food were all phenomenal. Will be returning very soon!
